Music Assignments
Assignments and tests will be posted/assigned in each class periodically throughout the school year in a timely manner.
Practice:
Practicing is a daily homework assignment for each student whether it is sing/playing their instrument, or studying music theory. Their progress is self evident when they come back to class. It is not required that they practice a certain amount. Students are expected to practice as much as much as needed in order to learn the music properly. My philosophy is that students will be as good as they want to be. So if they want to be good at what they do, then they will practice as much as necessary.
Students are graded daily on participation. If they do poorly, their score will reflect it. If they do well they will receive full points.
Study Guide:
This is a study guide to help students
prepare for up coming music theory quizzes.

Music Writing Assignment:
Each music appreciation student is required to reflect on different topic. Each reflection needs to be 100 words minimum and each student needs to reply to at least other students reflections with at least 100 words. Make it worthwhile to read. Think about it and relate each topic to you and expound on it. All of these need to be completed on Google Classroom. That is also where all of the due dates are posted.
